Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, orders over $50 ship for free. We have a flat rate of $7 for orders under $50.

Do you ship to the US?

Yes, we ship within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

No, at this time we only ship within the United States.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns. Posters must be returned within 14 days for a refund back to credit card, after 14 days you will receive a store credit up to 30 days after order is placed. There is a restocking fee of $9, unless you provide your own shipping back. Posters must be unused and returned in original packaging so it won't be damaged in transit. 

To start a return please email njposterco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for wanting to return your poster. 

Will my shipping be refunded?

No, shipping on the order isn't refunded.

Can I cancel my order?

No, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. 

When will I receive my order?

Once the order has been placed, it will ship 5-8 business days.
